SERFF Help
Technical support is available for the SERFF application from 8 am to 5 pm Central, Monday through Friday. The SERFF Help Desk can be reached by calling 816-783-8990 or e-mailing serffhelp@naic.org.
The SERFF system is available from 7 am to 7 pm Central, Monday through Friday, except during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of unexpected outages or emergency maintenance. The system may or may not be available outside these hours.
The regularly scheduled maintenance windows for SERFF are Wednesdays from 9 pm to 2 am Central, every third Saturday from 10 pm to 2 am Central and the first Saturday of each month from 1pm to 7pm Central. Other maintenance, including code releases, will be scheduled as necessary. Users will be notified 24 hours prior to the maintenance whenever possible.
Industry users should note that their Data Hosters may have additional maintenance periods. Contact your Data Hoster for details. |
